Tarpaulins

At Kama Solutions, we supply a complete range of industrial polyethylene and coated tarpaulins for general covering, ground protection, transport and cargo, scaffolding, and site fencing. Every quality is specified by fibre, coating, fabric weight (g/m²) and UV rating.

Our standard programme covers:

Woven PE tarpaulins: (HDPE tape, PE-laminated) light-duty through heavy-duty.
Reinforced PE tarpaulins: (leno weave), high tear strength.
Coated heavy-duty tarpaulins: PP + TPO or polyester + PVC for truck, cargo and outdoor use.
Scaffold sheeting: Rolls with reinforced eyelet bands.
Fence banners: Printable PE panels.

Woven PE Tarpaulins

Flat HDPE tapes laminated both sides with PE film, hemmed with rope and eyelets all round. Light, waterproof, low cost and printable.

HDPE tape fabric, PE laminated, from 80 g/m² light duty to 220 g/m² heavy duty, with UV ratings up to 300 Kly.
Common sizes from 2×3 m to 15×20 m. The 4×6, 6×8 and 10×12 m sheets are the most common.
Used for general covers, ground sheets, machinery and site protection, agriculture and transport.

Reinforced PE Tarpaulins

Same PE family in a leno (cross woven) construction that locks the yarns and resists tearing. Finished with reinforced eyelet bands for higher pull-out strength.

HDPE leno fabric, PE laminated, 150 to 220 g/m².
220 g/m² at UV 200 Kly for long outdoor life. A 150 g/m² fire retardant grade (EN 13501-1 class B, white) for regulated sites.Used for demanding covering jobs, repeated handling, and where standard tarps fail at the eyelets.

Heavy-Duty Tarpaulins

The durable, multi year tier. Coated fabrics in two constructions, both weldable for tailoring and repair.

PP multifilament with TPO coating (around 350 g/m²), lighter and recyclable, or polyester with PVC coating (around 570 g/m²) for maximum abrasion resistance and lifespan. Both at UV 500 Kly.
Standard sheets from 3×4 to 10×12 m, plus cargo cuts in 3.50 m widths (3.50×5 to 3.50×8 m).
Used for truck and cargo covers, lorry curtains, and machinery protection.

Scaffold Sheeting

Semi transparent sheeting on rolls, sized to scaffold bays. Stops wind, dust and debris while letting light through.

HDPE tape (closed) or leno (open) weave, 130 to 220 g/m², with around 70 to 80% light transmission. Fire retardant grades (EN 13501-1 class B) available.
Rolls in widths of 0.80, 1.10, 1.70, 2.20, 2.70 and 3.20 m, in 10, 20 and 40 m lengths, with reinforced eyelet bands.
Used for wind and dust containment on construction and renovation sites.

Fence Banners

A closed, printable PE tarp cut to the standard Euro fence panel size. Used as a privacy and dust screen or as a printed advertising banner.

HDPE tape fabric, PE laminated, 90 to 140 g/m², hemmed with rope and aluminium eyelets every 50 cm. Fire retardant grade available.
Fixed panel size 1.76 x 3.41 m, in white, black, blue and green, or full colour print.
Used for site fence screening, hoarding, event branding and advertising.
